Project Solutions Manager - Tulsa, OK

Construction Project Sales Manager – Tulsa, OK (Remote). 60% travel required.

This role partners with the Commercial team to champion SBD engagement at major North American construction projects, driving sales and ensuring solutions meet project goals.

• Lead SBD’s involvement in major construction projects from pre-construction planning through closeout.
• Build and sustain relationships with end users, contractors, and subcontractors to advocate SBD’s solutions.
• Promote and implement value-added products and services, customizing solutions to maximize project efficiency, safety and profitability.
• Oversee product delivery and problem resolution across all construction phases, coordinating with internal teams for timely execution.
• Develop and execute engagement plans, align resources to project milestones, and manage budgets.
• Identify new opportunities, streamline procedures, and enhance customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership on impact and metrics.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Management or Engineering).
• 10+ years in sales, marketing or related field.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
• Proven construction project management experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
• Experience planning and executing meetings and events of varying scope.
• Thorough budgeting experience, staying within forecasts and allocations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP and smartphone usage.

60% travel required.

Base salary plus variable incentive plan. Total target cash compensation range: $105,000 – $169,100.
