Project Manager, Operations Manager

QUAD Construction is seeking a capable Project Manager to oversee the production and successful completion of large-scale construction projects. We’re looking for a multi-tasker with excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills who can effectively lead both internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.

• Collaborates with the project team to establish scope, schedule, and budget at the start of each project.
• Manages, monitors, and controls each phase to ensure efficiency and alignment with client expectations.
• Creates project plans, delegates responsibilities, and supervises staff and subcontractors.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and budgets, with ongoing monitoring to avoid delays.
• Leads project meetings, reviews schedules, and prepares detailed progress reports.
• Builds and maintains strong, professional relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
• Ensures all safety, quality, and regulatory standards are upheld throughout the project lifecycle.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of construction industry experience in roles with responsibilities equivalent to those listed above.
• Strong knowledge and comprehension of construction drawings and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam; knowledge of Sage Timberline preferred.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and accountability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at prioritizing multiple work assignments.
• Solutions-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
