Steady, full-time work (40+ hours/week)

Responsibilities:

Arrive on time and ready to work at job sites️ Assist with a variety of on-site tasks as needed

Load, unload, and move materials

Perform physical labor including bending, lifting, and carrying

Maintain and care for assigned tools

Keep job sites clean and safe️ Follow safety rules and instructions from supervisors

Qualifications:

0–2 years of labor/construction experience (we will train the right person)
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation️ Able to pass state & federal background checks

Must pass a drug screen️ Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Dependable and available Monday–Friday (with overtime as needed)
