The Boldt Company is seeking an Estimator II to join our growing Oklahoma City team. This role is ideal for a construction professional with 2–5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, preconstruction services, cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, bid management, subcontractor procurement, conceptual estimating, GMP development, and hard-bid projects
. The Estimator II will partner with project teams, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to develop accurate project budgets and competitive proposals while supporting a wide range of commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, and mission‑critical construction projects. Qualified candidates will have experience reviewing plans and specifications, preparing detailed estimates, analyzing construction costs, managing bid packages, and utilizing estimating software such as Bluebeam, On‑Screen Takeoff, BIM/Revit, Win Est, Microsoft Excel, and construction cost databases

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering or other related degree required.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Two to five years of estimating experience required.
Nice to Have
  • Experience in the preparation of a complete estimate and all aspects required to complete and estimate and supporting documents.
  • Exposure to Site and Building Systems, Assemblies, and components of each.
  • Exposure to self‑performed estimating which relies on productivity, labor, crew, equipment, and material required for such.
  • Exposure to Negotiated Guarantee Maximum Price (GMP) as well as Lump Sum (Hard) Bid types of projects.
  • Understanding and proficiency of construction coding in Master Format and Uniformat.
  • A strong understanding of excel spreadsheets, database‑based software (Win Est), take‑off software (On‑Center - On Screen Takeoff) scheduling software (Microsoft Project or Primavera) preferred.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools, such as REVIT and/or Vico, is preferred.
