Commercial Construction Superintendent
We are seeking a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead daily on-site construction operations for our client, a leader in commercial construction throughout the Oklahoma City area. This role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high-quality standards while coordinating subcontractors, maintaining documentation, and supporting field teams.
$60,000 - $75,000 a year
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily site operations and subcontractor adherence to scope
- Lead safety meetings, inspections, and daily huddles
- Maintain field logs, redlines, photos, and documentation (Builder Trend or similar)
- Verify layout, elevations, and compliance with construction drawings
- Enforce site safety, cleanliness, PPE, and access control
- Track weather delays, deliveries, RFIs, and daily reporting
- Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, owners, and field staff
- Manage punch lists and support final inspections
- Submit daily progress reports to management
- 5–10 years of commercial construction field experience
- Strong knowledge of PEMB, concrete, MEP, utilities, and punch management
- Experienced in implementing best practices on job site
- Skilled in reading plans and resolving layout issues
- OSHA 30 and Builder Trend experience
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
- Authorized to work in the U.S.;
English proficiency (Spanish bilingual preferred)
Active job site environment with frequent walking, climbing, and outdoor exposure. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
