Asphalt Roller Operator

GWX Construction specializes in excavation, stabilization, & road construction for both public and private organizations in and around Oklahoma City.

Duties:

Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces efficiently and effectively.

Work closely with the paving crew to ensure smooth operations on construction sites.

Always follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.

Assist in other construction tasks as needed to support project completion.

Assis paving and concrete crews when not operating the roller

Qualifications:

1 year roller experience

Solid experience with finish rolling and asphalt paving

Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including operating asphalt rollers.

CDL is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16-24 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits:401(k)401(k) matching

Schedule:

Monday-Friday.

Occasional weekends.

Overtime pay License/Certification:
