Construction Superintendent
The Construction Superintendent manages the day-to-day execution of assigned construction and reconstruction projects. This role coordinates customers, subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, schedules, and job-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and to company quality standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting preconstruction meetings, building and managing project schedules, providing daily field oversight, maintaining quality standards, communicating proactively with customers and internal teams, identifying work outside the contracted scope, and completing final walk-throughs.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, minimum three years of experience managing residential construction projects, working knowledge of construction methods, job-site safety, scheduling, materials, quality control, and local inspection processes, strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and basic math skills, ability to read scopes of work, plans, specifications, estimates, and purchase orders, and valid driver's license.
Schedule and job-site requirements include a full-time position with frequent local driving and regular time at active job sites, ability to walk and stand throughout the day, occasionally climb ladders, and work safely in heat, noise, and other typical construction-site conditions.
