Preconstruction Manager for a Well Paying, Top Tier Commercial Builder!

A bit about us:

Our client is an established commercial construction firm with decades of experience delivering high-quality projects across industrial, government, commercial, and infrastructure markets. With extensive experience as a prime contractor, our client has successfully delivered new construction, renovations, expansions, and complex infrastructure projects through negotiated, competitive bid, design-build, and construction management delivery methods.

The company is committed to providing predictable, cost-effective, and high-quality project outcomes through strong planning, communication, collaboration, and proven construction processes.

Why join us?

As a Preconstruction Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping projects from initial concept through successful handoff to the construction team. You will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams to develop competitive and accurate estimates while identifying opportunities, risks, and value throughout the preconstruction process.

This is an opportunity to join an experienced organization with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and on-time project delivery. Our client values long-term relationships, technical expertise, accountability, and a collaborative approach to construction.

  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, design partners, and clients.
  • Ensure estimates and proposals align with project schedules, specifications, and company standards.
Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cost, schedule, and constructability risks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, design teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership.
