Senior Project Manager

Role: Project Manager

Experience: 10–20 years

Education: Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Key Requirements:

• 10–20 years of construction project management experience with a hard-bid GC.
• Strong experience managing federal and healthcare construction projects, preferably VA.
• Manage projects from startup through closeout, including punch list and commissioning.
• Strong cost, schedule, budget, P&L, change order, and subcontractor management.
• Experience with P6 scheduling, cost/resource loading, 3-week look-aheads, SOVs and project controls.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs, submittals, contracts, POs, SOVs and project documentation.
• Experience managing subcontractors, self-performance, labor, equipment, materials and production.
• Knowledge of FAR, VAAR, AIA, Davis-Bacon/Prevailing Wage and Union projects.
• Strong communication skills with Owners, subcontractors, home office and project teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Bluebeam.
• OSHA / EM 385-1-1 and safety management experience preferred.
• Experience managing $20M+ projects preferred.
• Must be willing to work 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift when required for hospital construction.
• Must be able to pass background investigation and drug test.
