Role Description

The Construction Laborer is a full-time, on-site role based in Oklahoma City, OK. This position involves assisting with general construction tasks such as material handling, site preparation, and cleanup, as well as supporting skilled workers with concrete work, paving, and structures work. Daily responsibilities may include operating basic tools and equipment, mixing and transporting materials, setting up and taking down work areas, and following instructions from supervisors and project leads.

The Construction Laborer is expected to follow safety procedures at all times, work effectively as part of a crew, and help maintain an organized and efficient job site.

Qualifications
  • Experience or interest in general Construction, including site preparation and basic labor tasks.
  • Skills or exposure in Masonry and Renovation work, such as assisting with structural repairs or improvements.
  • Ability to support concrete activities, including surface preparation and installation assistance.
  • Basic Research skills to understand project requirements, materials, and safe work methods.
  • Ability to follow safety guidelines, use hand and power tools safely, and adhere to company procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability, with willingness to take direction and learn on the job.
  • Previous construction or trade experience is beneficial but not required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
