We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concrete Superintendent to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, we pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and excellence in all aspects of our work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction and possess strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure timely and successful completion of projects
- Supervise a team of concrete workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete construction, with a strong understanding of all aspects of the process
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- OSHA certification preferred
