We are currently seeking dependable, experienced, and safety-minded Construction General Laborers and Skilled Construction Workers for opportunities supporting our clients construction projects throughout the Oklahoma City area. This is a higher-tier construction assignment intended for candidates who take their work seriously, understand the expectations of an active commercial jobsite, and can meet strict client screening and safety requirements. We are looking for candidates who bring more than just a willingness to work.
The strongest applicants will have previous construction experience, a solid work history, dependable attendance, knowledge of basic construction tools, and the ability to follow directions while working safely around skilled tradespeople, equipment, and active construction operations.
- Assisting with commercial construction projects
- Performing general construction labor
- Supporting carpenters and other skilled tradespeople
- Preparing work areas before construction begins
- Loading and unloading construction materials
- Moving and staging materials throughout the jobsite
- Maintaining organized material and equipment areas
- Performing demolition and cleanup work
- Removing construction debris
- Assisting with framing and carpentry work
- Helping with concrete preparation and placement
- Assisting with formwork
- Performing basic measuring and layout
- Cutting materials according to supervisor instructions
- Operating common hand tools
- Operating approved power tools
- Assisting with installation work
- Helping assemble or dismantle temporary structures
- Supporting ladders, scaffolding, and elevated work when properly trained
- Maintaining clean walkways and safe work areas
- Following superintendent, foreman, and supervisor instructions
- Participating in daily safety procedures
- Reporting unsafe conditions immediately
