Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Procurement ​/ Purchasing

Join a reputable and expanding general contractor delivering complex commercial and industrial construction projects throughout the region. This position will be responsible for leading projects from planning through completion, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client expectations.

• Coordinate with field leadership to develop, maintain, and update project schedules
• Manage subcontractor selection, contract administration, and project compliance requirements
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, billing, cost tracking, and cash flow management
• Review and approve vendor and subcontractor pay applications
• Administer change management processes and maintain accurate project budgets
• Lead progress meetings and provide regular project updates to leadership
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and financial records

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial, industrial, multifamily, healthcare, education, or other large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, project controls, budgeting, and cost management
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and coordinating multiple project stakeholders
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
