** Duties:
*** Operate a roller to compact asphalt surfaces efficiently and effectively.
* Work closely with the paving crew to ensure smooth operations on construction sites.
* Always follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
* Assist in other construction tasks as needed to support project completion.
* Assis paving and concrete crews when not operating the roller## Qualifications
*
* Qualifications:

*** 1 year roller experience
* Solid experience with finish rolling and asphalt paving
* Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including operating asphalt rollers.
* CDL is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16-24 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits:
