Electrical Coordinator

• Coordinate electrical installation activities across multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed electrical work schedules using Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software.
• Review and interpret construction plans and electrical drawings, providing clarity for field teams and ensuring accurate implementation.
• Utilize construction management software such as Pro Core, Prolog, Heavy Bid, and Civil Engineering Project Management Software to track progress, manage costs, and update project documentation.
• Assist in construction estimating by analyzing plans, quantities, and labor requirements to support accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections to verify electrical work quality, safety standards adherence, and progress against schedules.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, including cost management data using Excel data analysis techniques for effective decision-making.
• Support contract administration by reviewing contracts related to electrical scope of work and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Manage time effectively across multiple tasks by prioritizing activities that keep projects on schedule while maintaining high safety standards.

• Proven experience in construction site coordination or electrical project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or similar tools; experience with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
• Familiarity with heavy civil engineering projects, including construction plans, electrical drawings, and civil engineering project management software.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets for cost control and schedule optimization using Excel data analysis techniques.
• Prior involvement in construction estimating processes and contract management is highly desirable.
• Hands‑on experience with construction management software like Pro Core, Prolog, or Heavy Bid will be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams; ability to manage time efficiently across multiple priorities.
