The Senior Content Producer is a strategic, hands-on production leader within Bold Sky's Content Production Group, responsible for delivering high-impact, multi-platform content from concept through completion. This role collaborates across creative, strategy, PR, and account teams to produce compelling content for both client-facing and internal initiatives.
This position requires deep fluency across the creative process and all phases of production including live-action, photography, animation, CGI, and digital-first content. The Senior Content Producer serves as a trusted creative and operational partner, ensuring content is delivered with excellence, efficiency, and storytelling integrity in fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end production across a wide range of content formats, including:
- Live-action patient stories and documentary-style films
- Corporate and executive communications
- Spokesperson PSAs and branded social content
- Photography and photoshoots
- CTV commercial productions
- CGI, 2D and 3D animation, infographics, and character animation
- Own production planning, timelines, budgets, and resourcing from pre-production through post-production
- Translate creative concepts into executable production plans, balancing creative ambition with scope, budget, and timeline realities
- Oversee all phases of production:
- Pre-production: scopes, schedules, budgets, bids, treatments, location scouting, vendor and crew selection
- Production: on-set leadership, talent coordination, quality control, real-time problem-solving
- Post-production: collaborates with post talent(s) & necessary creative and account teams for final delivery
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Designers, Writers, Editors, Animators, Photographers, Retouchers, and Composers across Bold Sky.
- Partner with writers, directors, DPs, and art directors during concept development
- Provide production-informed creative guidance to elevate storytelling while maintaining feasibility and efficiency
- Serve as client-facing for production, working closely with account managers and external stakeholders
- Confidently communicate with creatives, production personnel, and account teams to advise on production and creative solutions for budget adherence
- Build trust through clarity, professionalism, discretion, and proactive problem-solving, especially when working with executive leadership, patients, and medical professionals.
- Comfortably work with talent and interview subjects, including coaching individuals who may be untrained or uncomfortable on camera.
- Manage multiple productions simultaneously in fast-paced advertising and PR environments, adjusting to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Create and oversee production schedules, call sheets, budgets, and post-production cost tracking
- Review bids, negotiate production estimates, and allocate resources effectively
- Maintain strong documentation, organization, and adherence to established workflows and production standards
- Produce content optimized for digital and social platforms, with strong literacy in online video and emerging media
- Familiarity with third-party tools for sourcing music, voiceover talent, and stock video/imagery is a plus
- Partner closely with post-production teams to have knowledge of editorial workflows, feedback cycles, and final delivery
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and quality across:
- Pre-production planning and ideation
- Editorial acceleration, transcription, captioning, and versioning
- Stay current on evolving production technologies for best practices
- Experience producing content within healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries
- Familiarity working with PR, social, and integrated marketing teams
- Experience producing executive-level, patient-facing, or enterprise-wide content initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7-10 years of professional content production experience, preferably in an agency, studio, or integrated marketing environment.
- Demonstrated expertise across video, photography, animation, and digital content production.
