Operations Support Center Specialist

Location:

NW Oklahoma City, OK 73116

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (100% On-Site)

Pay: $16hr

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Center Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity in NW Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting field teams, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Contact new hires within 48 hours of onboarding and follow up through paperwork completion

+ Confirm terms of work, availability, and schedule training sessions

+ Coordinate and assign work territories and project coverage

+ Maintain regular communication with field team members and document updates

+ Handle inbound calls and assist with questions or scheduling needs

+ Review reports, assist with project tracking, and support daily operational tasks

+ Escalate concerns to leadership as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ High school diploma or equivalent required

+ Call center or customer service experience preferred

+ Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

+ Comfortable using multi-line phone systems

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Ability to adapt in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment
