Position Overview
We are seeking an Entry‑Level Badge Printer Operator to support onsite badge production and print services. This role focuses on producing high‑quality printed materials, managing print requests, and providing excellent customer service in a fast‑paced print center environment.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and quality‑check badges and print jobs according to submitted instructions
- Review, prioritize, and process print requests based on urgency and complexity
- Operate printers, copiers, and finishing equipment (cutting, binding, laminating)
- Perform basic printer maintenance (paper jams, cleaning, service calls)
- Monitor and restock paper, toner, and print supplies
- Maintain production logs, service logs, and monthly volume reports
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding timelines, delays, or special requests
- Assist with scanning, mail prep, shipping, and light mailroom duties as needed
- Maintain a clean, professional print center environment
- Learn and adapt to new print technologies and equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–5 years of experience in a print center preferred
- Familiarity with low‑to‑high‑volume digital printing equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and printer software proficiency
- Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
- Pay: $13.50
- Shift:
Monday
- Friday (9am- 1pm) - Weekly paycheck

$13.50 per hour
