$20 - $25/hour, depending on experience
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Invoicing Specialist to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in managing the invoicing process between a leading truck care department and a national rental company. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills in data entry, billing, and customer service, all while working onsite at a prime location. This role is open due to expanding business needs, offering you the chance to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:- Manage invoicing between company and rental partner
- Perform accurate data entry for billing processes
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
- Handle inquiries related to billing and invoicing
- Collaborate with shops and rental partner for seamless operations
- Ensure compliance with billing procedures
Required Qualifications &
Experience:
- Proficiency in data entry and billing systems
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the automotive or rental industry
- Familiarity with invoicing software
- Understanding of medium-duty vehicle maintenance
- 3 different medical health insurance plans, dental, and vision insurance
