Bilingual Call Center Associate
Location: OKC
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay: $17–$18/hour + additional incentives
We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Associate (English/Spanish) to join a fast‑paced team focused on assisting customers through application processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a structured call center environment.
Responsibilities- Provide phone support to customers regarding application assistance
- Communicate professionally in both English and Spanish
- Guide customers through required steps and answer questions
- Accurately document interactions in internal systems
- Maintain productivity and quality standards
- Deliver strong customer service while handling a high volume of calls
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems
- Dependable with strong attendance and reliability
- Base pay: $17–$18/hour (DOE)
- Shift differential available
- Bilingual incentive offered
