Concierge Responsibilities- Greet guests and oversee the front desk
- Manage reception, telephone, and mail communications
- Direct calls and take messages
- Maintain a clean and presentable lobby
- Assist at the front desk as needed
- Conduct community rounds for security
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email
- Respond to emergency boards as needed
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- 6 months related experience preferred
- Multitasking and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
