The Concessions Attendant operates the payment system at an outlet stand, processes customer transactions by accepting payment and issuing receipts, maintains excellent customer service, and ensures a clean working environment within the outlet area. Duties may include interacting with guests, handling food items, and adhering to food safety regulations.

• Accurately operate a point‑of‑sale system to ring up customer purchases.
• Greet guests with a positive attitude, answer questions about menu items, address customer concerns, and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and serve concession food items such as popcorn, hot dogs, drinks, and snacks according to established procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, restock items as needed, and report any shortages to supervisors.
• Accurately count receipts, reconcile transactions, and follow procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including wiping down counters, sweeping floors, and disposing of trash.

• Basic math skills to calculate change accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Attention to detail to ensure correct orders and transactions.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
