Introduction

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Customer Account Representative to assist with customer communications, account support, and relationship management. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and maintaining accurate account information while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer account inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account updates, information requests, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to address customer concerns and requests.
  • Monitor account activity and ensure information is up to date.
  • Support administrative tasks, reporting, and data entry activities.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
