Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Job Type: Full-Time | In Person

Walco Building Products is a growing manufacturer's representative serving Oklahoma and Arkansas in the commercial roofing industry. We partner with contractors, architects, distributors, and manufacturers to help projects move from design to completion.

We're looking for a proactive, organized professional who enjoys creating order, solving problems, and helping people. As our Customer Operations Coordinator, you'll serve as the communication hub of our business—supporting customers, coordinating projects, assisting our sales team, and ensuring important details never fall through the cracks.

What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Support our sales team with CRM updates, project documentation, and opportunity tracking.
  • Coordinate inspections, warranty requests, and material status inquiries.
  • Prepare skylight quotations and assist with order administration.
  • Help coordinate Lunch & Learns, customer events, and marketing activities.
  • Schedule meetings and assist with general office administration.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and organized records.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Support special projects as our business continues to grow.

Preferred Experience
  • Customer service, customer support, administrative support, or project coordination.
  • Sales support or operations experience is a plus.
  • Experience with CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Compensation & Benefits
  • $55,000–$65,000 annual salary
    , depending on experience
