PERGOLUX is seeking a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Agent to support our international customers across phone, email, and chat. You will be the Norwegian language expert routing Norway inquiries to you for tailored, high-quality support and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
You’ll work with Zendesk and Shopify, helping to optimize workflows, respond to complex inquiries, and mentor junior agents for improved service levels.
