As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:
- Serving as the initial point of contact for all customer enquiries via phone, email, and our website.
- Efficiently scheduling service calls, maintenance appointments, and installations for our team of certified technicians.
- Providing clear and accurate information to customers regarding our products, services, and pricing.
- Maintaining and updating customer records with precision in our company database.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure a positive outcome.
- Liaising with the technical team to coordinate scheduling and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Following up with customers post-service to guarantee satisfaction and gather feedback.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, call centre support, or administration.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software systems.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in the HVAC or a related trade industry is advantageous but not essential.
