Client Success Associate | Client Success Manager Career Track Build a Career Where Businesses Rely on Your Expertise

Most customer service jobs teach you how to answer questions.

This one teaches you how to become the person businesses trust when the answer matters.

At Energetix Holdings, we help employers create safer workplaces by managing occupational drug and alcohol testing, compliance programs, and employee screening services. Our clients don’t simply need someone to process paperwork—they rely on knowledgeable professionals who understand their business, solve problems, and help them stay compliant.

We're looking for someone who wants more than another customer service job.

We're looking for someone who wants to build a career.

This Isn't Just Your Next Job

This position is the first step in our Client Success career path.

As your knowledge and expertise grow, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Client Success Manager role, where you'll become the primary advisor for a portfolio of employer clients.

This role is the first step in our Client Success career path. Successful team members advance into Client Success Manager positions with salaries ranging from $63,000 to $75,000, along with increasing responsibility, client ownership, and opportunities to develop specialized expertise.

What You'll Do

Every day is different because every client has unique needs.

One morning you may help an employer launch a new testing program.

Later that day, you might coordinate testing services, answer compliance questions, solve a client issue, or train someone on a new process.

As your expertise grows, clients will begin looking to you as one of their trusted advisors.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building long-term relationships with employer clients
  • Helping clients navigate workplace drug and alcohol testing programs
  • Coordinating occupational testing services
  • Assisting employers with compliance-related questions
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and recordkeeping
  • Working closely with laboratories, collection sites, and medical review officers
  • Collecting specimens for federally regulated and non-regulated drug testing (training and certification provided)
  • Onsite testing events where you go onsite to a client's worksite and knock out their testing.
  • Occasionally filling in for an on-call shift (call outs paid at a premium)
  • Identifying opportunities to improve the client experience

Career Path Example:

Your First Year:

Learn our clients, our industry, and the fundamentals of workplace compliance while building strong relationships with employers.

Years 2-4

Take ownership of increasingly complex client relationships while expanding your expertise and becoming a trusted advisor.

Beyond

Continue growing into leadership, mentoring teammates, contributing to the industry, and helping shape best practices through education and professional involvement.

Who Thrives Here

You don't need experience in our industry.

We can teach the technical side.

What we're looking for is someone who enjoys becoming an expert.

The people who succeed on our team typically:

  • Enjoy solving problems instead of simply processing transactions.
  • Build trust naturally with clients and coworkers.
  • Take ownership without being asked.
  • Stay organized when juggling multiple priorities.
  • Enjoy learning complex subjects and becoming the "go-to" person.
  • Communicate professionally with business leaders.
  • Pay attention to details because accuracy matters.

If you're curious, dependable, and enjoy helping people solve real business problems, you'll likely do well here.

People Who Often Excel in This Role

Many successful team members come from backgrounds such as:

  • Banking and financial services
  • Commercial insurance
  • Payroll and HR services
  • B2B customer service
  • Customer Success
  • Account management
  • Operations coordination
  • Business administration
  • Management trainee programs

If you've built strong client relationships in another industry and are looking for a long-term career with room to grow, we'd love to talk with you.

We Invest in Our People

Professional development isn't just something we say…
