We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring a superior customer experience by acting as the main point of contact between our clients and the service department.

• Serve as the communication link between the customer and service technicians, ensuring customers are informed of their vehicle's status throughout the service process.
• Accurately document service needs and the customer's requests, keeping records up to date and organized.
• Provide detailed explanations of repairs and services, assisting customers in understanding the nature and extent of service and maintenance required.
• Develop relationships with customers to build trust and ensure their satisfaction with service provided.
• Coordinate and schedule service appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Advise customers on the necessary automotive services and provide cost estimates.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership service specials and factory recalls.
• Upsell additional services and products to customers when appropriate.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure quick and satisfactory resolutions.

• Proven experience in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in an automotive environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further technical or automotive training is a plus.
• Basic understanding of automotive systems and technology is highly advantageous.
