Ford AV is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Representative to support our fast-paced AV Service Center. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in AV service, low-voltage dispatch, or technical support coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple technician schedules, and skilled at communicating with both internal teams and external clients to ensure timely and effective service.

Schedule & Dispatch Coordinate service technicians based on ticket priority, customer needs, and availability Service Ticket Management Open, update, and complete work orders; process invoices; handle vendor warranty claims Inventory Coordination Track and request parts and materials to support timely service resolution Customer Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related issues, ensuring prompt and professional responses Administrative Support Maintain accurate records while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Experience in AV service dispatch or coordination in a tech-heavy environment
• Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, service processes, or technical support workflows
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues professionally
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key, and service or CRM platforms
• Proven multitasking skills and attention to detail under pressure
• Background in AV integration, broadcast systems, or field service is preferred
