Atain is seeking a Customer Care Executive / Call Center Agent in the hospitality sector to assist travelers with bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The role combines customer service excellence with product knowledge to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Expect 5-day weeks, rotating shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM EST, onsite at our Oklahoma City office. Training pays $16/hr, rising to $17/hr after training, with weekends included.
