Nelnet is seeking a customer service associate to respond to borrower interactions, both inbound and outbound, and provide timely follow-up on inquiries. The role supports accurate data entry and account updates within Loan Servicing systems and may involve outbound contact.
Starting 9/14/2026, training 8:00am–4:30pm CST, permanent schedule 11:35AM–8:05PM CST; pay is $16.00 per hour. Eligible candidates must reside within 60 miles of Lincoln, NE or Brownsville, TX.
