Customer Service Representative
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who genuinely enjoys helping people and wants to build a long‑term career in customer service. If delivering great experiences, solving problems, and making customers feel heard is what motivates you, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:- Assist customers via phone, email, chat, with professionalism and care
- Resolve questions and issues with empathy, accuracy, and follow‑through
- Document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely solutions
- Consistently represent the company with a service‑first mindset
- A true passion for customer service and helping others
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- A reliable, patient, and team‑oriented professional
- Stable, long‑term opportunity for customer service professionals

Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.50 per hour
