Smith Rx in Lehi, UT is seeking a dedicated Call Center Associate to deliver world-class member experiences for pharmacy benefits. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, educate members about their benefits, and document interactions with care and accuracy.
The role requires 2+ years in a call center, on-site work in Lehi, and strong communication skills. Training is 9 weeks onsite, with 3-week initial session 7:00 am–3:30 pm MT, followed by rotating shifts.
