Shift: 9:00 am-6:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Jasco is looking for Consumer Care Specialists that want to go above and beyond for our customers!
Responsibilities- Serve customers with excellence by striving to exceed expectations while providing technical support for our products.
- Handle customer phone calls and troubleshoot problems, answer general questions, and resolve all other consumer issues.
- Receive training on all Jasco products, including universal remotes, antennas, timers, and home automation devices.
- Act as a platform for customers to give product feedback and help make improvements to products, packaging, and manuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service/call center experience required.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Working knowledge of consumer electronics.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel.
- Must be able to lift and carry products, chairs, returns, and office supplies as needed.
