Customer Service Representative Oklahoma City, OK | Fully Onsite
LHH is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing organization in the consumer services industry in Phoenix, Arizona. This fully onsite opportunity is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
This position serves as a primary point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving concerns, processing requests, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish. The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding support.
Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and account details
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and update records within company systems
Process customer requests, account updates, and service-related transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and ensure timely resolution
Follow established procedures while identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience
Maintain productivity and quality standards in a high-volume environment
Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail support, administrative support, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Comfortable navigating computer systems and learning new technology platforms
Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience working in a consumer services environment
Bilingual skills are a plus
Experience with CRM systems and customer account management tools
Stable full-time schedule
