Our ideal new graduate dentist — DDS or DMD — and the opportunity to grow and mentored in a fast-paced practice.
Responsibilities- An opportunity to do what you love — complete comprehensive full mouth examinations that will allow you to diagnose and treat patients.
- Build rapport with patients — discuss treatment planning options and provide patient education.
- Treat oral health needs & provide direct care for patients — offer same-day and scheduled treatment to fit patients’ needs and schedules.
- Team collaboration with and patient-focused — partner with Office Manager, Hygienist, Patient Coordinators, & Dental Assistants to ensure optimal patient experience.
Our ideal candidate is a new graduate (class of 2026) seeking mentorship. The role is for a DDS or DMD holder who wants to grow clinical skills with guidance from a partner dentist, specialist, and clinical director to become a Super GP. The business model emphasizes expanding scope of practice through mentorship and exposure to specialties.
