- Location: Oklahoma

- Length of Assignment: 3 months - can extend
- Credentialing Timeframe: 1 month
- Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7am to 5pm, Friday 7am-noon
- Patient Volume: 45-55 per day.
- Perform common procedures: hygiene, fillings, extractions, stainless steel crowns, sedation.
- Work with 2 treatment chairs and 4 hygiene chairs.
- Provide nitrous and OCS sedation; 1 OR day per week; onsite IV sedation with an anesthesiologist.
- Use Dentrix EMR.
- Licensed in pediatric dentistry, residency trained pediatric dentist.
- DEA and BLS certifications required.
- Experience in dentistry, pediatric dentistry.
- One RDA per hygiene chair; two RDAs for treatment.
- All insurance payers, including Medicaid.
- 3 hospital privileges.
- 4 doctors in the group.
