Initial scope includes site layout and grading plans, construction detailing (steel walls and stairs), elevations, and optional perspective renderings. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required;
Sketch Up or Photoshop are optional for illustrative renderings, with ability to work from markups with minimal oversight.
