Cardiology - Noninvasive Physician

The Oklahoma City VA Healthcare System (OCVAHCS) is actively recruiting a board-certified, board-eligible full-time permanent hospital employed Cardiologist to join our Cardiology department. The Cardiology Physician is accountable to the Chief of Cardiology Service. The Cardiologist participates in inpatient and outpatient care related to cardiovascular diseases at the OKC VA, including outpatient diagnostic testing, non-invasive procedures. Additional responsibilities include but not limited to calls and residents/fellow education and training, and preceptorship to APRNs and PAs.

Candidates will have experience and training in advanced heart failure management, novel advanced pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment modalities. Candidates will apply national and VA guidelines to patient screening, surveillance, and management of cardiovascular diseases.
