• In-house expectation: 8am-8pm with 12 hours of on-call coverage
• Availability needed: 1-2 weeks per month

• Patients per shift: 15-20 plus procedures

Clinical Details
• Hospital-based interventional gastroenterology coverage
• Advanced endoscopy including therapeutic ERCP and EUS
• Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, hemostasis, and variceal injection
• PEG plment, liver biopsy, and management of Sengstaken-Blakemore tubes
• Average of 15-20 patients per day plus approximately 5 procedures
• Phone consults during call average 0-10
• Average overnight callbacks 1-3 times per week
Requirements
• Active Oklahoma license or IMLC eligibility
• Board certified or board eligible
• Completion of GI fellowship with additional advanced endoscopy training
• Demonstrated current competence with at least 200 therapeutic ERCPs, 40 sphincterotomies, and 10 stent plments in the past 12 months or completion of training within the past 12 months
• ACLS required
• Supervision of advanced practice providers required
• Submission of case logs from a GI procedure documentation system for the past 12 months
