Your Missions In Brief

Under the responsibility of the director duo of the Nursery and within a committed multidisciplinary team of 10 people, you contribute to the well-being, awakening, and development of children from 3 months to 3 years.

• Ensure individualized and secure welcome, taking into account the rhythm and needs of each child

• Propose varied awakening activities fostering autonomy and socialization

• Participate in the elaboration of the educational project and its implementation

• Develop thematic projects, implement innovative pedagogical tools, ensure professional vigilance on educational practices and parenting

• Accompany families in a co-educational approach by promoting daily dialogue and offering exchange times and workshops

• Collaborate closely with the team, pedagogical reflection time

• Participate in the prevention of risks and the implementation of a secure environment by arranging living spaces

• Participate in the management of emergency or particular situations (accidents, medical needs, atypical behaviors)

• Similar experience 2 years minimum desired

• State diploma of Early Childhood Educator mandatory

• Knowledge of the development of young children and current educational practices

• Sense of observation, creativity, capacity for analysis

• Ability to work in a team and communicate with families

• Rigor, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
