This position anchors that mission. You'll develop the Guides who engage directly with students, transforming them into outstanding coaches instead of traditional instructors. You'll facilitate life skills sessions that students recall years afterward. You'll analyze performance metrics to pinpoint where students or Guides need support and coach them toward excellence. You'll also manage your own student cohort, embodying the standards you hold others to.

The multiplier effect is substantial. Each Guide you develop impacts dozens of students. Every enhancement you bring to campus culture amplifies across hundreds of young lives. Success isn't defined by meeting attendance or report generation. It's measured by whether students grow more confident, disciplined, resilient, and capable because of the environment you cultivated.

• Develop and coach Guides to implement Alpha's coaching methodology with reliability, enthusiasm, and rigorous standards.
• Facilitate compelling life skills sessions addressing communication, concentration, feedback processes, leadership development, and resilience for students in grades K-8 using established frameworks.
• Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to pinpoint development opportunities, eliminate obstacles, and produce quantifiable progress each week.
• Conduct motivational sessions that empower every student to embrace challenging goals and consistently reach them.
• Oversee your own student cohort while demonstrating the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.

• Instructing academic content. Students progress through core academics autonomously via AI-powered learning platforms.
• Developing lesson plans or creating curriculum materials. Your focus is outstanding coaching, not producing instructional content.
• Controlling classrooms through lectures, worksheets, or behavioral management systems. Students direct their own learning, and you coach the patterns that enable achievement.
• Reducing standards to sidestep challenging discussions. Elevated expectations and authentic belief in each student's capability are inseparable.
• Defining success through activity volume rather than outcomes. Impact matters more than effort by itself.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years leading adults in education, learning and development, youth leadership, coaching, or similar results-oriented environments.

• Verified success managing teams of five or more individuals, including recruitment, coaching, performance oversight, and challenging accountability discussions.
