Teens for Food Justice (TFFJ) seeks a Senior Hydroponic Farmer-Educator to lead school-based hydroponic farming programs in NYC. You will train students, run farm and class operations, and bridge communication between campus admins and our team.
You will mentor Farmer-Educators, manage crop production, and ensure safety and program quality, empowering youth to advocate for healthy food systems.
