• Experience writing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Proven ability to collaborate with related service providers and support staff
• At least 2 years of recent teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Develop, adapt, and deliver instructional materials tailored to individual students’ needs
• Draft and update IEPs, ensuring compliance with state guidelines and effective communication with families
• Coordinate with general education staff and related service professionals to create an inclusive school environment
• Track and document student progress, addressing learning and behavioral goals proactively
• Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a positive school culture
