Ethos is seeking directors of talent development to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role fits 5-20 hours per week with compensation at $70/hour.
You will create and refine onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and learning curriculums, and develop engagement tracking rubrics and assessment tools, applying expert document craftsmanship.
