Its My Community Initiative (IMCI) is seeking an Educator for the TRUE Dads program in Oklahoma City. This part-time role requires leading workshops for fathers and co-parents during evening and weekend hours and delivering the program curriculum with engagement and care.
You will coach facilitators, ensure curriculum fidelity, coordinate with co-leaders, and maintain attendance and survey data while connecting participants to community resources to support family success.
