Teacher, Early Childhood Education

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team e's. As a teacher at our center, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and educational environment for our children. Our teachers work closely with families to ensure that children build strong relationships in the classroom and  curriculum is designed to be engaging and developmentally appropriate for each child's unique needs.

We are looking for someone who is committed to providing a high-quality education and care for our children.

Our ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that are aligned with the National Accreditation Commission (NAC) and tailored to meet the individual needs of our children.
• Communicate effectively with families to keep them informed about their child's progress and any needs that may arise.
• Utilize a variety of tools and resources to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for our children.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for our children to learn and grow.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations, including OK Department of Human Services Licensing, Oklahoma Health Department, and USDA-CACF guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift children, engage in floor activities, singing, and playing indoors/outdoors.
• Must be able to assume frequent positions including crawling, bending and kneeling at least 50% of the scheduled work time.
