Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Coach role across multiple campuses in Scottsdale, AZ;
Oklahoma City or Tulsa, OK;
Nashville, TN; or Austin, Dallas, or Plano, TX. You will lead K-8 life-skills workshops, deliver 1:1 motivation sessions, and assess progress using Coachbot analytics to push students to 100% of weekly goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years working with K-8 students, plus a track record of high achievement and the ability to work in person.
