Your Impact: Are you a driven individual ready to take on the role of Warehouse/Parts Runner for Pearce’s Tower Services division? If so, you will be responsible for delivering necessary parts and supplies to service repair technicians, assisting with loading and unloading equipment and systems, and performing on-the-job training tasks as required. This role is a great match for independent, self-starters who are willing to travel regionally, as needed.

• Safely deliver parts to locations throughout the region
• Receive and load equipment and systems
• Maintain the truck and ensure maintenance schedules are within company guidelines (e.g., wash truck weekly, oil changes); ensure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition
• Maintain the inventory of parts that have been delivered
• Assist with loading/unloading parts

Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.

• One (1+) years of driving experience in the same or similar role desirable
• Basic computer knowledge/ability to use tablet; skills in MS Office
• Able to do moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds)
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a clean driving record

• Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations
• Ability to inspect and/or troubleshoot equipment/alarms effectively, visually and audibly
• On-call and travel availability, especially during busy summer months, is highly preferred
• May need to pass DOT physical
