As a Project Engineer at Lithko, you will learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site. Our integration (training) program empowers you to make an impact and quickly advance your career; on average, PEs are promoted within 1 year of starting at Lithko.

• Actively utilize resources, including managers and mentors, to understand the project scope, schedule, and plans for safety and quality.
• Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback and performance.
• Manage the daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
• Learn through hands-on performance with our teams via the daily preparation plan and the project execution process.
• As integration progresses, duties may include estimating, field engineering (line and grade), forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, place/finish, prep & forming of structural slabs, production tracking, quantity take-offs, slab on grade prep, slab on metal deck prep, and more.
• We are looking for people with a drive to excel. While hands-on construction experience is a plus, this is an entry-level role in concrete construction. The most successful candidates are action-oriented, collaborative, and ready to seize growth opportunities at Lithko.
• Join a team that builds. Construction sites can have rough terrain and be operational during inclement weather (as long as it is safe). Work hours may fluctuate based on project activities. Reliable transportation to job sites is expected.
• We build impressive structures. You may perform labor at elevation, sometimes multiple stories above ground level, and may need to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Safety is paramount. Your job offer will be contingent upon a successful drug test.

• You will complete a degree in Construction Management, Concrete Industry Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field before your start date, or have equivalent work or military experience.
